fPDataFromDow

The function fPDataFromDow calculates P-data from Dowker code in Knotscape format (without signs for an alternating prime KL, or from Dowker code with signs of changed crossings for a non-alternating prime KL) (example "2,2,-2"). The result is followed by drawing of KL.
