fGapRat

The function fGapRat finds rational KLs with an unlinking gap. The result is the unlinking gap, followed by the unlinking number of KL and the unlinking number of its fixed minimal projection. The result is followed by the drawing of input KL.

Please write Conway symbol of a rational KL as a Mathematica string, e.g., "4 1 4"
