MinDowProjAltKL
The function
MinDowProjAltKL calculates minimal Dowker code of an arbitrary
alternating KL projection given by its P-data, Conway symbol, Dowker code (with
signs), or Dowker code in Knotscape format. It gives also the image of input KL.
As the input you can also use Conway
symbol of the KL.
Please write Conway symbol of a KL as a Mathematica string, e.g., "(2 1,2) 1 (2,2 1)"
