MinDowAltKL

The function MinDowAltKL calculates minimal Dowker code of any alternating KL given by its Conway symbol. It gives the images of input KL and its projection with minimal Dowker code.

Please write Conway symbol of a KL as a Mathematica string, e.g., "2 1 1 2 1 2"
