GetKnotLink

The function GetKnotLink gives the the number of KLs and k-th KL from list of KLs with the given number of crossings n. From this list you can choose k-th KL and its drawing.   For alternating KLs write 1 £ n £ 12, and k, and for non-alternating KLs write 6 £ n £ 11 and k.
